Analyste fonctionnel(le) (IT)

You’ll report to the Product Manager, Digital Work Environment, and will help improve the user experience by optimizing collaboration tools and electronic content management. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders across the firm, your team members and other IT teams (development, business intelligence, infrastructure and the Halo Service Centre).

Identify, define, analyze and document business needs for various digital tools used by internal clients

Conduct benchmarking analyses of technological tools and software solutions

Provide evidence-based recommendations to improve the user experience

Configure applications to meet business needs and processes

Establish and perform unit and acceptance tests, coordinate testing with super users and get their feedback before and after rollout

Prepare training material and help with training activities for super users, where required

Help develop and implement information governance practices

Bachelor’s degree in IT management or any other relevant field

At least three years of IT experience

Knowledge of Microsoft DevOps and agile development methods

Knowledge of analysis methodologies

Advanced English skills to facilitate collaboration with other BBA offices and/or clients located in English-speaking Canadian provinces and abroad

Advanced French skills to collaborate effectively with BBA offices and/or clients within Québec
