Full Time Sales Agronomist

LYNXEL Crop Protection is a Saskatchewan-focused agricultural crop protection business serving growers in the Regina area, with a long-term vision to expand across the Canadian Prairies. We are seeking a full-time Sales Agronomist Crop Protection who combines agricultural knowledge with strong sales and customer-development skills.
What You Will Do:
- Develop new business and build long-term relationships with farmers and growers.
- Sell PMRA-registered crop protection products, including herbicides, insecticides and related products.
- Identify customer needs, prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Support pre-book and in-season sales.
- Visit farms and agricultural customers throughout the Regina area.
- Provide practical crop protection product information and agronomic support within your knowledge and qualifications.
- Coordinate customer orders and delivery arrangements.
- Represent LYNXEL at grower meetings and agricultural industry events.
What We Are Looking For:
- Relevant experience in crop protection, agricultural pesticides, crop inputs, agricultural retail, agronomy-related sales or Prairie agriculture.
- Experience selling to farmers/growers is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan agriculture and existing farmer or industry relationships are strong assets.
- Agriculture, agronomy, crop science or agribusiness education is an asset; relevant industry sales experience may be considered instead.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.
- Able to work independently and travel regularly.
