Commercial Market Sales Representative
Brunswick Brokers is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm with roots in Atlantic Canada. With offices in Saint John, Moncton and Halifax, they work closely with their clients across Canada to ensure their real estate objectives – be it leasing, buying or selling – are successful. Locally owned and managed, their primary goal is to create value and opportunities for companies and individuals that invest in and occupy real estate.
On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting salespeople to join their growing team of dedicated professionals as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor in Saint John, New Brunswick.
The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for conducting market analyses, advising clients on commercial real estate transactions, negotiating deals, and maintaining excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include working with tenants, landlords, vendors, and purchasers to facilitate successful commercial real estate transactions.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to develop new markets as well as continuing to serve and grow their existing markets. The Commercial Real Estate Advisor will work closely with a small team of specialized industry professionals to identify opportunities and create value for their growing list of commercial clients.
Strong sales skills and customer service orientation.
Experience in Commercial Real Estate or other facet of real estate preferred, but not necessary.
Excel in a fast-paced performance driven environment.
University or community college degree preferred.
Real Estate license for New Brunswick or willing to obtain.
