About the Job: Trans Tank Systems is an assembly and service facility specializing in tanker trucks for the petroleum, water and aviation markets. We are currently seeking a Service Adviser for 310T trucks.
Qualities:
Self-motivated and confident in their abilities.
Experience and Knowledge of heavy trucks service and parts.
Able to work individually, in a team and with minimal supervision at times.
Job Details:
Non stop, fast paced environment.
Trans Tank offers competitive wages, RRSP Group plan and a benefits package after a 3-month probation period.
Regular weekday hours are 7:30-4:30 Monday to Thursday and 7:30-4:00 on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
Writing work orders, scheduling work and conversing with customers about their repair requirements and work.
Finalizing work orders and ensure all proper work description & parts are accounted for before invoicing.
Ordering some parts.
Handing out parts to the mechanics and service technicians.
Answering phones and helping customers.
Other duties as required.
