Learning & Development Specialist (H/F) (Human Resources)

We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Learning & Development Administrator to join our Corporate Human Resources team in Saint John, New Brunswick.
This is an entry-level opportunity supporting key Human Resources programs, with a primary focus on Learning & Development. If you have an interest in Human Resources and are looking to build foundational experience, this role offers an excellent starting point to grow your career.

Support Learning & Development programs through coordination, organization, and administrative support
Manage the annual calendar of learning activities, ensuring timelines are aligned and do not conflict with competing priorities
Provide administrative support, including scheduling sessions, coordinating catering, and supporting program logistics
Work closely with Human Resources subject matter experts to draft, validate, and update training materials
Translate expert input into clear, learner-ready materials while maintaining technical accuracy
Course administration for Human Resources content in the Learning Management System
Prepare presentations, documents, reports, and other resources to support HR initiatives
Act as a point of contact for learning and development support across the business
Post-secondary education
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Customer-focused with a strong sense of urgency
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Microsoft Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Analytical and improvement‑focused, with an interest in finding better ways to get work done
