Sales Manager – Strickland’s Brantford Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac

Our Brantford location is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive performance, and uphold the standard of excellence Strickland’s is known for.
As Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the dealership’s overall success. You’ll lead with strategy, vision, and integrity — empowering department heads, supporting your teams, and ensuring every customer experience is second to none.
Provide strong leadership across the following departments — Sales and Finance.
Build, mentor, and support a high-performance management team.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and implement strategies to exceed targets.
Represent the Strickland’s brand in the community and with manufacturer partners.
Adapt to changing market conditions and lead innovation within the store.
Proven track record in automotive dealership management (3+ years preferred).
High volume sales experience is an asset.

Location: Full-time, in- person role at our Brantford dealership
