Our occupational therapy team benefits from 1:1 mentorship, including report review and optional drop-in office hours, as well as a comprehensive onboarding program designed for both new graduates and clinicians new to private practice. Our monthly Lunch & Learns, curated by our in-house Director of Education and Learning, cover topics such as neuroplasticity and functional recovery, motivational interviewing in rehab, and advances in concussion management. As an Occupational Therapist at Tall Tree, you’ll play a crucial role in redefining healthcare to prioritize holistic well-being and individualized care. You will deliver high-quality assessment and treatment services to clients facing a range of challenges—from mental health issues and physical injuries to brain injuries and work disabilities.

We’re looking for someone to serve clients in Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Port Moody, North Surrey, and surrounding areas. Working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and providing services in our clinic, community settings, and through telehealth, you’ll craft personalized therapeutic plans that truly reflect the unique needs of each individual.

Community-based therapists working full-time (5 days per week) can expect to earn $118,000–$130,000 annually .
As an Occupational Therapist at Tall Tree, you will:
Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Kinesiologists, Psychologists, Clinical Counselors, and more when indicated.
You’ll maintain related reports, records, and statistical data in accordance with established standards and procedures.
You’ll attend OT community of practice meetings and other educational opportunities available at Tall Tree. Someone qualified to practice Occupational Therapy in British Columbia. You are a member of the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia - with a preference for candidates with 2+ experience in private practice.

• You have experience working with third party funders such as WSBC, ICBC and Long Term Disability funders (or provincial equivalents).
• Clinical Excellence: You have a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a commitment to mastering skills. You communicate clearly and effectively, whether you’re speaking, listening, or writing. You use precise language, compelling reassurance, healing narratives, and consistent messages.
