Position Title: Specialist, Global Sales Support

Reports To: Manager, Global Sales
Job Status: Full-time, Year-Round
The Specialist, Global Sales Support plays a critical role in assisting and supporting the Manager, Global Sales and the Outside Sales Teams, E nabling Sales, I nventory C ontrol and managing attrition .
Working with the Global Agents and NA Reps to help convert opportunities into sold trips .
Proactively monitoring and when needed releasing “spaces held without deposit” .
Manage Agent and Rep guest cancellations , moves and space replacements .
CRM support and Training for NA Rep Team .
Support the Manager, Global Sales with various administrative tasks.
Provide support to the Sales management team to drive improvement projects forward.
Maintain a close working relationship with the Outside sales teams .
Graduated waitlist offers .
Help support implementation of CMH health and safety and sustainability initiatives.
Train, participate in and provide support, as required, during emergency response situations.
Post-secondary education in a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting.
Past experience with CRM programs is considered an asset .
Experience in an administrative or guest services role , preferred.
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualities
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic planning abilities are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn other relevant software platforms are important, as is the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating seasonal workloads and changing priorities. Additionally, the candidate must have the confidence to interact with all levels of the company, including those in remote locations within a hub-and-spoke model.
Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis.
This position is required, at times, to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business.
This position may require occasional travel to CMH areas, as well as some travel to industry functions on an occasional basis.
During these times of change, this position requires the flexibility and willingness to accept new responsibilities and potentially transfer others.
