Job Description:
- 8+ years of professional experience in web application development.
- Strong back‑end development experience, including hands‑on work with Python.
- Experience with front‑end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React).
- Proven experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment workflows.
- Hands‑on experience with modern infrastructure and DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers to define and refine work for engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or guiding junior and mid‑level engineers.
- Ability to balance rapid delivery with thoughtful, sustainable technical decision‑making.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and applying new technologies, architectures, and methodologies.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience with containerization and cloud‑native architectures.
Designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
Experience with test‑driven development (TDD) or test‑first methodologies.
Familiarity with event‑driven architectures.
Experience applying domain‑driven design (DDD) principles.
Exposure to financial systems, payments platforms, or fintech environments is considered an asset.
