The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in leading and implementing a comprehensive Salesforce solution. This position is instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and improving service delivery through effective project management and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed of project status and developments.

Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and adjust plans as necessary.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices in project management.

Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT setting.

Proven experience managing large-scale software implementation projects, specifically with Salesforce.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
