We are seeking a dedicated mentor in the kitchen who can lead others by example and deliver extraordinary service and food. If you're a night owl, who likes working evenings and weekends, that's all the better.

Two to five years in a cook position or extensive culinary experience.

Red Seal or equivalent certification is an asset.

Foodsafe Certificate is an asset.

Solid understanding of meat, starch, sauces, soups and food safety preparation.

Ability to work flexible hours and special events.
