Customer Success Account Management - Manager

Customer Success Account Manager Location: GTA or Surrounding Area | IndustriOS| Full-Time
IndustriOS is a leading provider of Discrete Manufacturing ERP software solutions, offering businesses a reliable and scalable system through both perpetual licensing models with annual maintenance plans in addition to Subscription licensing. We are committed to ensuring our customers maximize their investment and receive ongoing value from our software.
We are seeking a Customer Success Account Manager to manage relationships with our existing customers, ensuring high renewal rates for maintenance contracts while driving customer satisfaction and retention. This role is critical in fostering long-term partnerships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customers fully leverage our ERP solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, building strong relationships and ensuring long-term success.
Maintenance Renewals: Proactively manage and secure annual maintenance contract renewals, minimizing churn and maximizing retention.
Account Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities for additional services, upgrades, and training to enhance customer value.
Customer Advocacy: Understand customer needs, provide product insights, and work closely with support and technical teams to resolve issues.
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and webinars to keep customers informed about product updates and best practices.
Collaboration: Work with sales, support, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and identify areas for improvement.

3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or renewals within an ERP or enterprise software company.
- Strong understanding of perpetual licensing models and software maintenance renewals.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to analyze customer data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to engagement.

Capacity to analyze customer data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to influence customer decisions to maximize retention and growth.
