APERÇU DU POSTE Le ou la Directeur.trice du financement d'entreprise contribue à la croissance du portefeuille de financement d'entreprise de BDC en trouvant, développant et recommandant des transactions de haute qualité conformément aux politiques de crédit et aux paramètres de risque de BDC dans la région du Sud-Ouest de l'Ontario. Vous naviguerez avec succès dans une organisation matricielle et aurez un haut niveau d’aisance dans la gestion des relations avec les principales parties prenantes.
Mener des analyses appropriées et des activités de diligence raisonnable sur toutes les propositions.
- Préqualifier, structurer et présenter les propositions conformément aux politiques et procédures du BDC, incluant toutes les analyses appropriées, la documentation et un excellent rapport risque/rendement.
- Planifier et mener des activités qui favorisent les services financiers et de conseil des BDC, en particulier leur capacité à gérer des prêts d’envergure, et aident la direction des centres d'affaires à coordonner les activités de développement des affaires dans les régions.
- 7 à 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en banque commerciale senior, incluant un solide sens du crédit
- Baccalauréat en commerce ou finance ou administration des affaires avec une majeure en comptabilité ou finance.
- Un diplôme d'études supérieures en commerce et/ou une désignation CFA et/ou une désignation professionnelle pertinente, un atout
- Solidité démontrée en développement des affaires et en relations avec la clientèle
- Compétent dans les applications Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint)
- Excellentes compétences en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, en anglais. Le français est un atout
