Source Code Contract is a leading provider of IT staffing and consulting services. Our team is dedicated to finding the right fit for both our clients and candidates, ensuring long-term success for all parties involved.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients. You will play a critical role in helping us find the best candidates for a variety of positions, including software developers, project managers, and other IT professionals.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, job fairs, and other recruiting sources
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting and talent acquisition
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software
