At Trafilea, you won’t just manage infrastructure — you’ll build and evolve the internal cloud platform that enables engineering teams to deliver software faster, more securely, and with less dependency on infrastructure teams.
We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer who can design scalable cloud solutions, automate infrastructure, improve developer experience, and create self-service capabilities for engineering teams.
The platform is treated as a product, and engineering teams are its customers.

Collaboration and technical leadership
AI-first mindset

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure roles.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and operating AWS infrastructure in production environments .
• CI/CD pipelines. Experience with observability tools and reliability practices: Monitoring. Experience taking ownership of technical solutions and driving improvements. Experience building Internal Developer Platforms.
• Experience with AWS certifications.
• Experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical reference.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and automation workflows.
