About the Role: We are seeking an experienced ESG Strategy Advisor to provide strategic guidance in aligning Vosyn's initiatives with comprehensive ESG frameworks. In this critical role, you will focus on developing and implementing strategies that drive meaningful social impact, enhance sustainability, and create scalable, transformative outcomes across our organization.

Identify and assess ESG opportunities and potential risks across the organization

Design measurable social impact initiatives with clear, actionable metrics

Create robust reporting mechanisms for ESG performance and progress

Support leadership in making data-driven ESG decisions

7+ years of experience in ESG strategy development and implementation

• Advanced degree in Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
• Background in policy development

International ESG consulting experience

Engage directly with senior management and strategic advisory board members
