Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. As a representative of Halton Painters, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers at their homes, introducing them to our services, and converting leads into booked estimates. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a commitment to following our established sales system to effectively generate leads and drive sales growth.
Conduct door-to-door sales activities within designated neighborhoods or territories to identify and engage potential customers.
- Utilize sales scripts and materials provided by the company to effectively communicate key selling points and benefits.
- Assess the needs and preferences of potential customers to tailor sales pitches and offers accordingly.
- Follow our established sales process to convert leads into booked estimates, ensuring accurate documentation of customer information and preferences.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times, adhering to ethical and legal standards of conduct.
