Що для нас важливо
Hard skills:
- 1,5–3 роки досвіду в sourcing або recruitment
- Досвід роботи з LinkedIn Recruiter
- Впевнене використання Boolean search
- Досвід пошуку на міжнародних ринках (US / UK / Europe / Latam — буде плюсом)
Професійні компетенції:
Вміти будувати стратегію пошуку, а не просто “відкривати фільтри”
Аргументувати свій вибір кандидата
Працювати динамічно, системно та структуровано
