About our Media Craft
Our craft brings together experts who help clients strengthen their digital presence through data-driven strategies, user-focused experiences, and measurable performance. The team works across channels to deliver work that is grounded in insight, collaboration, and continuous learning, supporting clients across a growing portfolio of brands and initiatives.
This role helps clients improve visibility across Organic Search and emerging AI Search experiences. The SEO Manager analyzes websites, audiences, and competitive landscapes to build strategies that support meaningful discovery and engagement. Working with partners across content, development, media, and client services, this role contributes insights and recommendations that help drive measurable growth.
Develop SEO and GEO strategies based on keyword research, site analysis, and market insights
Diagnose technical SEO issues and collaborate with development teams on solutions
Monitor Organic Search and AI Search performance and provide actionable recommendations
Advocate for SEO and GEO best practices with client teams and internal partners
Work with content, development, and marketing teams to implement and refine strategies
5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience using AI tools or workflows to improve SEO efficiency and outcomes
- Strong understanding of analytics, SEO principles, and technical troubleshooting
- Ability to communicate complex SEO or GEO concepts clearly to clients and teams
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common content management systems
Experience with structured data markup and related best practices
Curiosity for evolving search technologies, analytics, and digital innovation
The base salary range for this position is between CAD $85,000 - $105,000. The final amount offered will be determined based on several factors such as a candidate's work location, their unique skill set, education, and prior work experience. Our Commitment to Inclusion
