Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager

Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown is currently recruiting for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager! Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every opportunity

Direct, delegate, and coordinate the banquets and food and beverage outlets’ daily business activities and team members

Manag food and beverage inventories, maintain par levels, and provide requisitions and for products and supplies

Facilitate regular meetings with team members and food and beverage leadership

Maximize revenues while maintaining a high standard of service and positive guest experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel food and beverage managerial role

Post-secondary education in food and beverage, hospitality, or culinary management is preferred

A hands-on management approach and the ability to be present during all peak business periods

Knowledge and experience with menu costing, engineering, and food and beverage cost controls,

Experience in banquets, catering, and meetings

Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs

Proven track record in menu design and service execution
