JOB OPENING - Data Analyst ADF Medical Services Inc.
We're seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. If you have a strong analytical mindset, love working with data, and want to make a real impact in the healthcare industry — this role is for you.
Role: Data Analyst
Department: Analytics & Business Intelligence
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
What You'll Do:
Analyze and interpret complex healthcare and operational datasets
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and performance reports
Monitor and evaluate KPIs across departments and service lines
Identify data trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support data needs
Prepare clear and concise data presentations for leadership and stakeholders
Maintain data quality, consistency, and security across all platforms
Assist in building predictive models and forecasting reports as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Strong communication skills — able to translate data into plain language
- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Prior experience in healthcare or medical data is highly preferred
