Customer Experience Team Member

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure each customer leaves happy and satisfied.
Food Preparation: Assist in preparing and assembling our signature hot chicken sandwiches, sides, and beverages with precision and care.
Kitchen Operations: Support the kitchen team with cooking, frying, and plating while adhering to food safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining and kitchen areas.
Represent Mad Bird’s commitment to quality, flavor, and customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Passion for food, especially hot chicks and bold flavours.
Ongoing availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings is a requirement to maintain employment at Mad Bird Hot Chicken.
