Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical services (med reviews, chronic disease management, care plans)
• Administer vaccines and immunizations
• Monitor drug therapy for safety and effectiveness
• Counsel patients on medications and health topics
• Supervise pharmacy students/provisional pharmacists
• Ensure regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Support daily pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacists
• Injection certified
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-focused
