HR & Recruitment Director

Lead strategic human resources work in Saint-Eustache, advising management while managing labour relations, talent acquisition, and operational priorities across multiple sites. This Human Resources Manager advises senior management and participates in the executive management committee. You will supervise a two-person HR team while supporting managers with people-related and operational matters. The position covers HR initiatives, recruitment, investigations, occupational health and safety, disability management, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise managers on organizational and employee-related matters

Lead recruitment for specialized, management, and executive positions

Manage disciplinary cases, investigations, and conflict situations

Coordinate occupational health and safety committees and incident follow-up

Supervise, coach, and guide the two-person HR team

Requirements:

Human resources, industrial relations, or related education

Five-plus years of generalist HR experience

Three-plus years managing, coordinating, or supervising HR teams

Strong labour relations and administrative investigation experience

Excellent French and professional English communication abilities
