Prendre note que ce poste est basé à Lachute (horaire de jour).
Assurer la gestion de 20 employés multi-quart à la conversion;
Valider les transactions, les pertes de temps et le rendement quotidien;
Valider les essais de qualité quotidiens et résoudre toutes problématiques;
Effectuer des vérifications de santé et de sécurité, établir des plans pour créer un environnement de travail ordonné et propre;
Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan d’action pour les quarts de travail et un plan d’action quotidien dans le cadre des réunions quotidiennes et présenter les mises à jour et les plans d’action quotidiens à la réunion du secteur;
Assurer l’amélioration continue des processus afin qu’ils correspondent à l’évolution des besoins opérationnels;
Toi aussi, mets en avant tes forces:
Posséder 5 ans d'expérience en milieu manufacturier comme superviseur et être habile en coaching d'équipe;
Avoir de bonnes aptitudes pour l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes;
Comprendre les principes du Lean Manufacturing / green Belth (un atout);
Être agile avec les différents outils technologiques, notamment la suite Office et le progiciel SAP (un atout);
