Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about customer service, team development, and operational excellence.
Lead, coach, and develop the store team to achieve sales and service goals
Drive sales performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability
Ensure an exceptional customer experience at all times
Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, and cash handling
Monitor inventory levels and oversee merchandising standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement
2–5 years of retail management experience
- Strong sales and customer service background
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills
