Stage : Customer Sales Representative H/F

Junior Sales Agent Intern Location Winnipeg, MB : About Us: MBM Logistics is a leading provider of auto transport solutions in the United States. We specialize in providing reliable and efficient vehicle shipping services to a wide range of clients, including individual customers, dealerships, and corporate clients.

The Junior Sales Agent will support the CEO and team by identifying prospective clients, maintaining relationships with current clients, and assisting with sales processes. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to start a career in sales, with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Maintain a database of prospective clients and update contact information regularly.

Qualify leads to ensure they are viable for follow-up by the senior sales team.

Assist in client relationship management ensuring satisfactory

Resolve client queries and issues promptly, escalating to senior sales agents when necessary.

Assist in preparing presentations and proposals

Assist in the preparation of sales contracts and agreements.

Track sales metrics and report on performance to the sales manager.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing sales materials.

Degree or currently taking up Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field

Proficiency in basic software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) and CRMs

Full-time Internship

Office-based with some travel required for client meetings and industry events - Expenses paid by the company

Office location at Manitoba, Canada

Standard business hours with occasional overtime based on sales activities and deadlines.
