We’ve operationalized the whole influencer marketing process so that we can help brands move at the speed of TikTok.
Job Description– Generative AI Video Creator for Social Media Content
This is a fully-remote position. We are looking for a highly creative, AI-savvy video creator to join our fast-paced team and help us produce high-performing promotional and influencer videos for our clients. This role is for someone who is excited about leveraging generative AI tools (like Runway, Pika, Adobe Firefly, Captions.ai, Creatify, APOB, Sora, etc.) to create virtual influencer videos.
You must have an instinct for social media storytelling—especially TikTok—and understand what kinds of videos convert. You’re obsessed with hooks, retention, and optimizing every second of content. You produce content that drives brand performance.
As a fully remote company, all of our team members must be able to take full responsibility for their roles and sphere of influence.

You will be responsible for producing short-form videos using generative AI and human editing, ranging from creator remixes to promotional TikToks and case study recaps.
You will be in charge of the entire creative process— from scripting, to voice creation, to video creation to post-production.

Generate iterations of top performing influencer videos using AI. Your goal would be to use AI to make different iterations of this video. (Our legal team will secure the name and likeness of the influencers).
Create virtual influencer videos. You will create and design the “virtual influencers” for the videos to promote our clients’s brands. The goal is to replace more costly influencer videos with AI. Images of virtual influencers do not count, unless you stack them with other Gen Ai tools to create actual videos .
Create engaging social media videos with AI.
Develop a scalable playbook for how we leverage GenAI to consistently deliver high-performing videos across clients.

60,000–$90,000 annual DOE for full-time

• Video Creator Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in short-form video editing for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools in your editing workflow (Runway, Pika, ElevenLabs, etc.)
You must have a portfolio, or at least 3 sample videos, that showcase your editing and AI-assisted video creation
Strong portfolio of social-first video content with measurable engagement results
You understand native TikTok storytelling (first 3 seconds, watch time, captions, memes, etc.)
Bonus if you’ve worked with influencer or UGC content

Because we are a start-up, we may not have the most robust and in-depth training process, so people who excel in our environment are people who are fast, independent learners who can pick up concepts quickly.

Creative brief walkthroughs and campaign context
Loom tutorials for AI workflows and editing standards
Feedback loops with our Head of Creative and Client Success leads
Please note that there will be no technical training as we are hiring for candidates that come with Gen AI experience and skillset.
