Parking Valet - Part Time

Job Responsibility:
Indigo Park Canada is currently seeking Parking Hosts to join our team. As a Parking Host, you will play a significant role in the success of the company. You will be the first and last person our guests interact with. You will leave a lasting impression through a warm greeting, a smiling face, and professional demeanor.
What Shifts are Available?
Part Time:
Any day of the week

• 4:00 am to 2:00 pm & 5:00 am to 3:00 pm
• 2:00 pm to last flight & 3:00 pm to last flight
• Last flight is typically between 12:00 am and 1:00 am

What Would You Be Doing?
Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive to the airport
Provide customer services and answer questions
Assist customers on how to use pay stations
Take payments from customers
Monitor lot and check for parking space availability
Potential Valet and Courtesy Shuttle operation (with possession of class 5 license)
What Are the Working Conditions?
Exposed to outdoor and indoor environments which includes varying temperatures and weather conditions
Required to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift
What Are We Looking For?
Previous customer service experience
Proficient in English, both verbal and written
Possession of class 5 driver's license
Must be able to pass a Criminal Record Check
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 25 pounds
Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time
Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift

Professional presentation with a focus on customer and client relations
Experience in the hospitality / service industry
Bilingual - knowledge of a second language
