Sales Associate (Retail Store)

As a Retail Assistant, you will represent client brands in retail environments and support marketing campaigns designed to engage customers and promote products or services. You will interact directly with customers, assist with promotional activities, and help create a positive and engaging brand experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain experience in marketing, retail engagement, and customer service.
Represent client brands during retail promotions and marketing campaigns
Engage with customers and provide information about products and services
Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain brand standards
Support sales and customer acquisition initiatives
Assist with in-store promotional activities and campaign execution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Work closely with team members to achieve campaign and performance targets
Provide insights to help improve customer engagement and campaign results
Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude
Comprehensive training and ongoing development
