Phiusion Labs is seeking experienced Independent Sales Representatives to support the launch and growth of our new product line.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity suited for motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals with existing relationships in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, med spas, wellness clinics, or related healthcare channels.

The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, presenting Phiusion Labs products to qualified accounts, and driving revenue growth within an assigned territory.

Prospecting and generating new sales opportunities

Leveraging existing relationships with clinics, physicians, injectors, med spas, and aesthetic practices

Conducting product presentations and account meetings

Educating customers on product positioning, benefits, and commercial opportunities

Negotiating sales opportunities and supporting account onboarding

Maintaining regular follow-up with customers and prospects

Providing market feedback, competitive insights, and sales updates to Phiusion Labs

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management

Existing relationships in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, medical devices, skincare, injectables, or regenerative medicine preferred

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to prospect, generate leads, and independently manage a sales pipeline

Results-driven mindset with a history of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills

Experience using CRM tools or sales software is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred but not required

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with commission-based compensation . Territory opportunities are available, with strong income potential for representatives who have an established clinic network and are able to generate consistent account growth.

The ideal candidate is an experienced independent sales representative who already works with aesthetic clinics, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, med spas, wellness clinics, healthcare professionals, or related medical channels and is looking to add an innovative new product line to their portfolio.
