Job Title: Club Sales Manager at Anytime Fitness Coaching Facility - Kitchener
The ability to help people in need through Health and Fitness? We are looking to hire a Club Sales Manager who will be in charge of selling memberships, coaching (training), operating a fitness club, and driving the overall growth in the business, which in return will grow your financial portfolio. The club is supervised Monday - Saturday, this role will work based on the needs of the business with shifts being 8.A perfect applicant will be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of the Anytime Fitness brand! Ideally, you will have prior experience in sales, marketing, and building club culture. Experience within the fitness industry is not required, however, sales experience, first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are!

- Ability to have a positive impact on client’s lives through health and fitness
- $Ensuring the club is meeting Weekly/Monthly sales goals
- Maintaining the day to day upkeep of the facility
- Maintaining social media, engagement, and community involvement
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable method of transportation
- Prior customer service and sales experience required
- Leadership qualities
- Passion for helping others
- Passion for fitness
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Experience in fitness is an asset
- Social media experience is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset
