We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Physiotherapist registered and in good standing with the Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia to join our Kelowna team full-time. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions ranging from acute injuries to post-operative recovery and performance-based rehabilitation.
Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs tailored to patient goals and functional demands.
Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, athletic therapists, kinesiologists, and strength and conditioning coaches.
Provide patient-centered care for acute, sub-acute, chronic, and post-operative orthopedic conditions.
Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and contribute to collaborative treatment planning.
Maintain accurate, timely, and defensible clinical documentation in accordance with professional and medico-legal standards.
Utilize electronic medical records and Google Cloud-based systems while ensuring patient confidentiality.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance clinical environment.
Current registration and active practice permit (or eligibility for registration) with the applicable provincial regulatory with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC) or Physiotherapy Association of British Columbia (PABC).
Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program.
Licensed to practice physiotherapy in the province of British Columbia.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and the Google Cloud Platform.
Willingness to travel occasionally to other Acumen Health locations including Calgary, Edmonton, Langley, Montréal, and Vancouver.
Preferred Qualifications and Assets
Experience treating orthopedic and sports medicine populations.
Strong manual therapy and exercise prescription skill set.
Experience with post-operative rehabilitation protocols.

Soft tissue release techniques
Trigger point therapy
Craniosacral therapy
Active Release Techniques (ART)
Strength and conditioning certifications (NSCA, NASM, or equivalent) are considered assets.
