CNC MACHINIST

Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision, efficiency, and seeing your work come to life? If you enjoy programming, setting up, and optimizing machining processes and want to work in a shop that values both high-volume production and custom craftsmanship this could be the role for you. This position reports to Machine Shop Manager.

Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using G-code as well as CAM software programing.

• Interpret drawings and CAD models to determine machining requirements
• Optimize programs, tooling, and processes for efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support new and existing projects

Red Seal Machinist (Journeyman) certification (or equivalent) preferred

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
• Proficiency in G-code as well as Cam software programing.
