Recruitment Consultant (Remote Working)

Our client, a leading Quebec-based company, is looking for three (3) experienced Recruiters for an immediate reinforcement mandate. Total Flexibility: 100% remote work environment.
Highly attractive and competitive hourly rate.
Agile Structure: Conduct high-volume phone screens to qualify top talent.
Ensure rigorous tracking of all recruitment activities using internal tools.
Experience: Strong background in recruitment (agency or corporate), ideally in a high-volume context.
Languages: Full bilingualism (French and English) is essential for interviews in all Canada.
High level of autonomy, administrative rigor, and ability to deliver results quickly.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with ATS systems and collaborative digital tools.
Location: 100% Remote.
Process: One 30-min virtual interview this week.
