Overview
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead operations at a high-traffic Tim Hortons This is a hands-on leadership role focused on team development, operational excellence, and building a strong store culture.
Compensation & Benefits
- $48,000 – $52,000 annual salary
- Up to 10% performance bonus
- 5% RSP matching after 6 months
- Fully paid medical benefits
- $75/month cell phone allowance
- Free uniform and footwear provided
Schedule
- 45 hours per week (5 days/week)
- Weekend availability required (especially Fridays & Saturdays)
- Flexible scheduling based on store needs (current schedule includes Sunday/Monday off)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations in a fast-paced environment
Lead, train, and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
Maintain staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
Drive store performance, sales, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with food safety and company standards
Build a positive, supportive team culture
Requirements
MUST have fast food store management experience
Strong leadership experience in a high-volume environment
Stable work history (no frequent job changes preferred)
Strong communication and people leadership skills
Hands-on, supportive leadership style (team-focused mindset)
If on a work permit: minimum 3 years validity remaining
