2+ years of experience in automotive sales management
- Strong passion for sales, customer service, and team leadership
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop Sales Consultants
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to create and maintain long‑term customer relationships
- Proficient with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket
- Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Results‑driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced dealership environment
Schedule: Full‑Time
Performance Monitoring & Coaching: Analyze Sales Consultant performance, provide ongoing coaching, and support the team in achieving sales targets
Sales Support: Customer Experience: Manage customer concerns and escalations to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Inventory & Product Knowledge: Stay current on inventory availability, product features, finance options, and market trends
Track KPIs, measure sales performance against plans, and report results to senior leadership
Team Leadership: Lead sales meetings, reinforce standards, and foster a high‑performance, customer‑first culture
