Finance Business Partner
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll shape reporting, planning, and strategic decision-making across multiple business units—partnering directly with operational and commercial teams to drive performance and growth.
Lead and review month-end financials and reconciliations
Support audit engagements, including our transition to IFRS
Financial Analysis & Business Partnering
Guide business leaders on pricing, budgeting, investments, and optimization
Influence key decisions to support both performance and long-term vision
Track KPIs and identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency wins
Deliver monthly management reports with key metrics and drivers
Energized by M&A and the world of software
Looking for meaningful career progression in Finance
Able to juggle multiple projects and thrive on challenges
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; 4+ years of experience (Big 4 a strong asset)
Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in M&A or post-acquisition integration
Exposure to software/tech environments
Exposure to M&A, integration, and scaling operations
