Meal and nourishment delivery and pick up, food assembly; adhering to safe food handling and sanitation practices; Food Handler's training and certification is required;
Previous food preparation and/or food service experience;
Proven working knowledge of safe food handling practices and sanitation;
with all levels of staff and public and provide good customer service;
Working knowledge of standardized recipes and portion control an asset;
Knowledge in food service sanitizing work areas, equipment, dishes and utensils, an asset;
Must be flexible in terms of availability for weekends, holidays, and for short notice call-in's;
