Job : Reporting to the Facility Managers, the Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care and service is provided to residents within SHA Moose Jaw Special Care Home. As an experienced practitioner, the resident care coordinator acts in a leadership role to provide specialized clinical expertise, coordination of resident care, and support and teaching to the resident care team (including residents and residents families) within a collaborative environment. Minimum of three (3) years relevant long term care nursing experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Other Education and Training
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
