As a Houseperson, the organizational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and welcoming – and our guests feel valued.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Assist Room Attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared efficiently
Daily cleaning and maintenance of Housekeeping storage areas
Responsible for collecting, sorting and distributing all Housekeeping linen going to and from Fairmont Regional Laundry
Comply with all department policies, procedures, and service standards
Previous experience in a similar environment will be an asset
Must possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skills
Constant standing and walking throughout shift
You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights and other non-day shifts. Submission of your application to Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise indicates that you are able to meet these requirements as needed.
