Service Writer (Customer Service)

Midas is searching for a Service Writer to play a crucial role in coordinating repair services and addressing customer needs. You will interpret diagnostic findings, present repair estimates, and oversee work order preparation. Your management skills will help ensure operational success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preparation and scheduling of work orders
- Present detailed estimates and source parts effectively
- Collaborate with Technicians on inspection results
- Resolve customer service issues promptly
- Enforce safety regulations and quality standards
Requirements:
- Associate Degree or Equivalent is a plus
- At least 1-year experience in automotive service
- ASE certifications as applicable
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Strong supervisory and technical skills required
