Visual Signs & Printing is an innovative design and manufacturing company specializing in signs/printing and awards. Are you that energetic friendly person with top notch customer service and administrative skills? Receptionist/Administrative Job Responsibilities:
Answering phones and emails professionally.
Collect payments at front desk.
Utilize company project management system and update accordingly.
Notify Project Managers of payments for job processing.
Final quality checks in Print and Engraving divisions prior to client pickup.
Responsible for upkeep and organization of pickup, and reception area.
Telephone skills -- excellent
Customer focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Monday to Friday
