Some clients are transitioning from hospital or rehab, while others need support in their homes, workplaces, or communities. We value teamwork, compassion, and quality care, and were looking for OTs who are passionate about making a real difference every day. You would be an ideal candidate if you thrive in a collaborative, client-centred environment and are inspired to help clients reach meaningful goals.

Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)

Clinical experience is an asset including areas within the MVA (motor vehicle accident) system, brain injury/neurological rehabilitation

Experience providing OT assessment and treatment in a community setting is an asset

Proficient computer skills (i.e. ability to work in MS Word and Outlook)

Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset

Administrative support: While you focus on what you do best, you will have a full administrative team to assist in supporting paperwork, billing and other demands, so you can concentrate on client care.

Flexible caseload and schedule: As an independent contractor, you'll have flexibility, autonomy to build up your own caseload around your schedule and timeline. At Spark you have a voice in the matching process to help foster a strong therapeutic relationship among therapist & client.

Software Essentials: Access to our management softwares, online booking systems, and digital charting to help you do your job as seamlessly as possible
