We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our interprofessional Complex Transitional Care team. This role is ideal for a dynamic healthcare professional with strong clinical reasoning skills and a passion for discharge planning, supporting patients in achieving optimal recovery and successful reintegration into the community.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with allied health and other members of the interprofessional team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care.

Baccalaureate or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy required
Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
Member of the Canadian Occupational Therapy Association or Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists preferred
Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
Experience in neurological rehabilitation and with palliative patient populations is considered an asset.
Must be flexible and demonstrate an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with all team members
Hours: Monday to Sunday, Various rotating 7.5 hour shifts, 0800 - 1600 (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs)
Salary: $40.911 to $57.695 per hour
