- ##Exposant 3 est une firme de services-conseils en gestion des affaires et technologies de l'information. Nous accompagnons les organisations publiques et privées dans leur transformation numérique et organisationnelle, avec une approche profondément humaine et innovante. Dans le cadre du développement de notre équipe spécialisée en recrutement TI pour le secteur public (ministères, organismes gouvernementaux, sociétés d’État), nous recherchons un Expert en recrutement TI passionné, structuré et proactif. Soutenir et faire progresser l’équipe, tout en assurant des recrutements de haute qualité dans des contextes exigeants.
Recrutement complet de profils TI
Gérer le processus complet de recrutement : sourcing, entretiens, validation des compétences, négociation
Référent technique et formateur
Agir comme point de référence pour l’équipe sur les rôles techniques et les particularités du secteur public
Participer à la formation et à la montée en compétence des recruteurs moins expérimentés
✅ Amélioration continue & structuration
Contribuer à l’optimisation du processus de recrutement en place
Mettre à jour et structurer la base de données de candidats
Identifier des leviers de qualité et de performance dans la pratique quotidienne de l’équipe
Nous recherchons un professionnel passionné par le recrutement, qui combine expertise technique, rigueur, leadership et sens du collectif.
&##Compétences et qualités requises :
Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en recrutement TI (développeurs, architectes, analystes, etc.)
Minimum 1 an d’expérience en recrutement pour le secteur public (appels d’offres, ententes cadres, etc.)
Excellente rigueur administrative et sens du détail
Très bonnes capacités de communication en français et en anglais (écrit et oral)
