The GTT Unit Manager regulates and supervises the terminal with Ground Transportation and Linehaul Unit Manager is responsible for planning organizing controlling and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of a small to medium sized terminal which is measured by the following KPIs: Safety Productivity Service and Revenue.
Create a positive work environment building employee loyalty and a team atmosphere
Responsible for managing performance of employees as per operational standards and indiceswithin the GTT linehaul operations
Improve operational standards through reviews of employee performance coaching counseling and recognition
Responsible for communicating and implementing policy procedure or programs
Strong understanding of AZ/Tractor-Trailer regulations laws and industry practices
Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication innovation change management relationship building and leadership

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday: 2:00PM-10:00PM
