Sales and Production Assistant

Sales and production assistant Location Arnprior, ON : Sales and production assistant SET WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays 10-5 and Saturdays 1-5, with occasional extra shifts to cover other staff members or in busy seasons
Overview:Join our team at Dianne Rodger Jewellery, a handmade jewellery maker established in 2005. We are seeking a happy go lucky person to work the store floor and help with some production processes.
Production duties:- Assist in some simple elements of the production of jewellery such as wiring gemstones, cutting chains and adding clasps, adding gemstones to shepherd hooks.
-organizing inventory overstock
Sales duties:

• helping customers find jewellery for themselves or gifts
• receiving and tagging new jewellery
• cleaning jewellery and general store tidiness

Qualifications:- Previous experience in retail is preferred- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.-basic computer knowledge- Passion for handmade jewellery and artistic designs.
