We’re expanding our Vancouver team and looking for driven, outgoing individuals to join us as Business Sales Representatives . helping business clients find the best solutions for their communication needs.
Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach and presentations to negotiation and closing
Participate in daily coaching and development sessions with experienced mentors
Use our CRM system to stay organized and focused on results
Uncapped commissions + weekly performance bonuses
Hands-on training and one-on-one mentorship from experienced leaders
Clear, performance-based career growth opportunities
A strong communicator who enjoys building connections
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools like CRM platforms
Experience in sales, customer service, or retail is a plus — but not required
