We're hiring skilled Counterbalance Forklift Operators for a warehouse position in Burlington. This is an immediate opening for candidates who are confident communicators and perform well in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
Steady full-time hours in a reliable, long-term warehouse role
Opportunity for permanent hire based on performance
Active, hands-on work in a structured environment
Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to move, organize, and stack pallets
Load and unload shipments from trailers efficiently
Utilize RF scanning equipment for order picking and inventory management
Assist with general warehouse operations, including lifting materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Support additional warehouse tasks and duties as required
Minimum of 2 years of recent, practical counterbalance forklift experience
Valid forklift certification, either in-house or from a recognized third-party provider
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Knowledge of RF scanning systems is considered an asset
Physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
